Client is an Am Law 10 law firm advising on a multi-billion dollar merger that is the subject of a Second Request from the FTC. Client has to review massive volumes of documents in a very compressed timeframe, but with a high degree of accuracy. SQ rapidly assembled a team of over 20 attorneys proficient in document and e-mail review. The project was managed by a U.S. licensed attorney with extensive antitrust document review experience. SQ and Client provided project-specific training to bring the team up to speed on all the specifications and the scope of the review.
