Founded and led by attorneys from Skadden Arps and Sidley Austin, SQ Global employs over 250 fully trained and proficient lawyers in India, with an immediate pipeline of many additional qualified candidates. SQ employs dedicated resources for IT, administrative and other support services. Permanent positions in SQ’s India operation are in premium demand and allow us to choose only the “cream of the crop” from the large pool of attorneys in India. In addition to legal and relevant work experience, most of our team members in India have earned post-graduate degrees. Many also have backgrounds in science, engineering and biotech. Our legal staff undergoes a rigorous four month training program, which includes our comprehensive proprietary training modules given by U.S. trained lawyers and a probationary period before they become full-time associates. Ongoing training ensures that our staff stays current in new developments in their substantive legal areas of expertise and continues to provide high-quality, cutting edge service.
