Our Team
RAM VASUDEVAN Ram Vasudevan is the President and co-founder of SQ Global and founder and CEO of QuisLex. He has over eight years of corporate and M&A experience with Skadden Arps and Sidley Austin. Ram has advised public and privately owned U.S. and multinational corporations on corporate and M&A transactions and worked closely with executives and directors of major U.S. and multinational corporations. He received his Masters in Law degree from Columbia University School of Law, his M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University and his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Madras. SIRISHA GUMMAREGULA Sirisha is the Chief Operating Officer of SQ Global Solutions and has over thirteen years of experience advising boards of directors, corporate and other clients on a variety of corporate matters and has worked closely with directors and executives of major multinational corporations. She has advised US and multinational clients on corporate governance issues, Sarbanes-Oxley, M&A transactions, securities laws as well as on strategic and business-oriented matters. Prior to joining QuisLex and SQ Global Solutions, Sirisha was the Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Quest Diagnostics, where she was responsible for corporate governance matters, securities laws, business development, commercial contracts, regulatory matters and Six Sigma. Sirisha also spent nine years at Shearman & Sterling where she advised clients on corporate matters, including M&A and corporate finance transactions. Sirisha was also a litigator for a year in the High Court of Tamil Nadu. Sirisha received her Masters in Law degree from Northwestern University School of Law and her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Madras. MICHEL SAHYOUN Michel Sahyoun is SQ Global’s Chief Technology Officer. Michel has over 14 years of experience in designing, building and deploying mission critical applications for Fortune 500 companies. He was Vice President and Senior Architect of Risk Management at JP Morgan Chase. Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase, he was a Principal Enterprise Architect at Niteo Partners and Senior Architect at Cambridge Technology Partners. He has also developed imaging and workflow products for Group Bull and the National Science Foundation. Michel holds two Masters of Engineering degrees in Computer Science and Operations Research from Columbia University. ANDREW GOODMAN Andrew is SQ Global’s Executive Director of Litigation Services. Andrew has over twelve years of experience actively managing and supervising large, complex document reviews on antitrust, securities, commercial litigation, intellectual property and construction law matters in industries such as telecommunications, financial services, pharmaceuticals, oil/gas, healthcare, consumer products and semiconductors. He has trained multiple large teams on document review, creating privilege logs, and deposition digesting and is currently responsible for spearheading SQ Global Solution's litigation training programs. He also manages key substantive and administrative aspects of SQ’s client and vendor relationships. Andrew received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and earned a B.A. with honors from the University of Michigan.
